Engineering Vehicle Traction System
IT3100 Electric Traction System
INTRAC IT3100_DC1500V electrical traction system is special for subway and engineering vehicle application and mainly composed of the traction high pressure tank, line reactor tank, traction inverter tank, traction motor, brake resistor and other equipments. Through the traction inverter, the system converts DC voltage (DC1500V) into a three-phase AC drive traction motor with adjustable voltage and frequency, transmitting the traction force to the wheel through gear assembly.
CT55-01 Type Traction Inverter
The traction inverter box VVVF consists of two traction inverter modules, a DC support capacitor, a current and voltage sensor, and a traction control unit (DCU). Each inverter module drives two traction motors, and the resistance braking chopper unit and the inverter module unit are integrated together.

NTRAC IT7000_DC1500V electric traction system is special for motorized wheel dump truck application and mainly composed of diesel generator, synchronous generator, rectifier, traction converter, ventilator, brake resistor, electric wheel and so on. The diesel generator drives synchronous generator to produce three-phase AC power supply, which is converted into DC700 ~ 1750V via three-phase full-bridge uncontrollable rectifier.
